Hey Dwan……..I want to personally thank you for inspiring me when I read you book twice 19 months ago. I’ve been wanting to write this to you for quite sometime now but just kept forgetting. So sorry.

Your book gave me the inspiration to be a short sale investor and help people at the same time. Since I’ve been through bankruptcy and my wife Heather has been through Foreclosure and BK we are in a unique position to really understand where the homeowners are coming from. To me I believe that what we as investors are not able to give the distressed homeowner in their pocket book we CAN provide them with HOPE. If a person has HOPE it gives them POWER. Armed with those two things…..they could be the most dirt poor person in the entire universe but now they have a conviction within themselves to rebuild their life from the ground up without being weighed down from a FORECLOSURE.

I will be forever be gratedul to you for that.

PS…I did all this being an ex opera singer for 15 years who sang in major opera companies all over the world as a leading baritone. How’s that for crazy?!?!??!?! If I can do it……..other people can for sure.
