Can I really make money investing in real estate since I have no money to invest?
This is probably the #1 question we get. YES, you certainly can! Remember, I started as a broke, single mom with NO experience. Every homeowner will accept a $10 deposit and that’s all you need for your first deal.
I don’t have a real estate agent license, what do I do about that?
I have been investing for almost 30 years and do not have a real estate license. It is not necessary to buy and sell properties for yourself. A real estate license is for putting two people together and collecting a commission on the deal. We are collecting a FEE for the transaction because WE are buying and selling.
Will this program really work for a new person?
Absolutely! I was new once and it worked for me. I have taught hundreds of thousands of people how to do this as well.
