This program teaches you how to utilize bankruptcy as a tool in your short sales. Many times homeowners don’t get motivated until there is no time left so bankruptcy is the only way to buy some time to negotiate the deal. It will show you how to draw out the foreclosure process sometimes 20 to 24 months while the homeowners live for free. Part two is the Equity Partnering program. This program is an agreement that gives you total control over your deals. It puts every aspect of the deal in writing so there are no misunderstandings with your deals. Having this control will set you apart from all other investors. It is a must program for any investor.
The Control System also comes with a live 3 day NLP and Scripts Training Class. The focus of this class is communication skills. You will be writing sentences, practicing scripts, giving and overcoming objections, learning how to deal with banks, learning how to deal with homeowners, and much more.
